Traveling to different wilderness settings to record, and using video to enhance the feeling of songs has become a passionate hobby. I would do it much more if I had time, but unfortunately I don't. My dream job would be to travel to different natural areas and document their baseline symphonies with audio/video. I have not developed an ability to stalk close to animals with a camera and recording equipment but the next best thing for me is to just turn the camera on and capture the slow but sublime changes occurring all around which often go unnoticed.

I have no schooling in camera use or videography, just what I've learned after purchasing equipment and software and then learning basics of how to use it on the fly. This work is not presented as being good video art. I am more trained in sound. Since I am a performer, I've been lucky enough to find a good mentor or two. I consider these videos more to be sound recordings enhanced by video. That said, I know that many times getting great video is a matter of paying attention or being at the right spot and time. It's hard to go wrong with nature and if you arise before dawn it's almost always incredible. The subtle moods in Nature seem endless and at times overwhelming. This gives nature great song enhancing capability
